In the area, we offer spaces in separate halls for storage and production purposes, as well as separately separable spaces in halls, open areas with a solid surface in the open air, and separate administrative spaces with facilities. The size of the halls is from 200 ㎡ to 30,000 ㎡. Special doors allow trucks to enter the halls. Some of the halls have a direct connection via a ramp to the train siding.
Administrative premises
The administrative building has representative entrance spaces. Renting offices individually or in groups. Conference rooms and fully equipped social facilities are available. The possibility of setting up a reception and building modifications according to the tenant's requirements. Lockable parking for cars is right in front of the building.
Bunkers
There are also specialized modern halls with bunkers for the storage of bulk raw materials, fertilizers, and materials containing larger particles and similar materials, with access by train and truck. All halls in the complex are maintained, dry and lockable.

As one of the few campuses, we can also offer spaces for heavy production and energetics. The layout of the area ensures that other users of the area are not disturbed. If you are interested in a larger part of the area, it is possible to fence this area separately.
Logistics connection
The complex is connected to the main line towards Prague in Lužná by its own rail siding (38 km to the outskirts of Prague). The siding has its own switches in the area, which allows moving and changing the order of wagons in the train as well as parking wagons in a very well-guarded area. The road Rakovník - Prague, which is right next to the complex behind its own parking lot for trucks, connects after 12 km at Nové Strašecí to the Prague Karlovy Vary highway (45 km to Prague in total). Towards the west, there is a connection after 6 km near the village of Krupá to the highway in the direction of Karlovy Vary. Good road and rail connections to the Federal Republic of Germany and the German rail and road network.
Parking of wagons, trucks and storage of containers
Direct access by train siding and road, together with sufficiently large free areas, allows parking of trucks, wagons and storage of containers. Short-term placement of train sets in guarded areas is also possible. For companies renting containers, this area is particularly suitable as a storage, handling and demonstration area.

We will provide short-term accommodation for your employees right on the premises. The area is fenced and guarded, it has its own professional maintenance. The supply of electricity, gas, and water is solved, and waste management is ensured.
